WHAT IS HERE
Every machine-readable file the observatory publishes. The query sets and the
field definitions are complete. The observation logs are empty, and they are
published empty on purpose: nothing is recorded here that was not actually seen,
with a date and a link a reader can check.

RULES THESE FILES FOLLOW
  1. No invented rows. An empty file is preferable to a plausible one.
  2. Zero is a value. A platform that names nobody scores 0 and it is published.
  3. Append-only. A correction adds a row; it does not overwrite one.
  4. Evidence or nothing. A score without a dated capture is not written.
  5. Project-owned sources are labelled as such and never counted as
     independent corroboration.
